Luxury Single-Family Townhouse Conversion

The owners of this beaufiutl property knew that they wanted something different for their single-family luxury townhouse conversion. They desired a space that eschewed the traditional formality of New York City townhomes and instead reflected their unique style of living, entertaining, and creativity.

One of the main challenges we faced was reimagining how a townhouse could function to best accommodate their needs. We worked closely with the clients to understand their preferences and lifestyle, and ultimately created a free-flowing layout that maximized space and flexibility. Large, continuous expanses of wall space were incorporated into the design, providing the clients with ample room for their artwork and a blank canvas for their creative inspirations.

In addition to creating a space that was conducive to creativity and expression, we also ensured that it could be easily rearranged and reconfigured to suit the clients’ needs. Built into the design was a sense of adaptability, allowing for easy transitions from work to play, and space that could be transformed to host a variety of events.

At the end of the project, we were thrilled to deliver a luxurious townhouse that was both unique and functional. It reflected the clients’ style and personality while providing them with the flexibility to use the space in a way that best suited their needs.
