To define the space and set the tone, the team focused on a beautiful walnut volume as a central feature of this home. This added richness, texture, and a down-to-earth aesthetic that carries through the rest of the space. 

A major challenge of the project was finding a way to celebrate the amazing views while working within the constraints of the traditional building layout. To achieve this, the team had to challenge typical layouts and come up with innovative solutions to optimize the use of space. The result was a space that flowed seamlessly and maximized every inch of available space.

Throughout the renovation process, the team was mindful of the need to balance the contemporary aesthetic of the design with the constraints of the existing fabric.
