While we like the old KDA logo – there was something fundamentally unbalanced. We also felt the “Previous Track” symbol that made the K did not embody the right connotations or associations. The new logo is just as adaptable as the old but heavier, and more self-supporting. We moved away from the literal translation of Verlag to a more structurally robust geometric logic to form the letter mark.
